Now you can practice with me when it’s convenient for you. If you book a Zoom Yoga class, I will send you a link to a private YouTube channel where I will upload the class. The link is valid for 48 hours, then I will take the vide down.

You sign up for the Zoom yoga class, and either participate or wait for the link later after class.
