Vinyasa Yoga in English in downtown Ulm! A dynamic yoga class where breath and movement are connected (vinyasa) and include strength, mobility, balance, stretching and relaxation exercises. When we practice all of these skills, we help to cultivate inner balance, which is the first step to putting your best face forward in the world. This class is in EN unless otherwise agreed, and is suitable for ALL. You only need to enjoy moving and be open to the idea of a moving meditation. The rest we will work on together.
